Rockfit Fitness Center is an awesome place to be a member. It has everything from free weights to an open exercise room. Any type of workout you like to do is possible here. And there are plenty of changes the owners are doing which makes the gym experience even better for us members.

I would work with Jordan again in a heartbeat for both plan development and 1:1 endurance coaching. Jordan is not only an athlete himself, but worked with me to develop and test a nutrition plan, work through race day anxieties for a full ultra distance tri, as well as a 50 mile trail run and didn't let my big ideas go unrealized. Truly one of the best humans around, but also immersed in the endurance world and I plan to use his run coaching/plan development in the future!
Been coming a couple months, only good things to say so far. Gym is clean, never too busy to get a good workout in.
10/10, clean facilities, solid selection of machines and free weights to get the pump right! Also can’t beat the fact that’s it’s open 24/7!
